Intro to Ayurveda

Take your Health into your own hands through the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic medicine.  Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga.  The practices begins by learning the roots of you (your Dosha) and then understanding through diet, movement, meditation and daily practices what keeps you in a healthy state.
