The physical mat practice is a small piece of a grand practice the supports the body, mind and soul to live well everyday even learn to respect the “bad days” , it is then when every day is a ‘Better Day”.
Through the practice of asana we keep our body strong and flexible so that are mind or shadow living doesn't get the best of us. Ayurveda is an ancient wisdom which can be used in this modern day to maintain mental and emotional well being. I live to love life and reach for moments of joy and light at the same time learn and honor the dark times and shadows, that is where the true yoga practice exists and becomes our greatest teacher.
